The Great Indian Robbery!

It’s always amazing & dreamlike to find out ‘one fine morning’ that one of the BIGGEST business magnates in the country is your Loooooong Lost (‘How Long?’ that I don’t know, for sure!) Brother! And, when you find that out, by sheer chance -AS IT HAPPENED TO ME!- the other one too becomes your brother -Here, Mukesh Ambani!- & you AUTOMATICALLY qualifies for the immense wealth these brothers amassed, ‘as a brother’!

All those things of yester year cinema – like finding one’s long lost brother with the sighting of a black mole/mark under his buttocks when the long lost brothers fight & ‘ACCIDENTLY’ tear the trousers just EXACTLY above the much hidden mole/mark or remembering the 10 line song/lullaby which the mother sang when the brothers were @ the incredibly ‘comprehending age’ of ‘BARELY’1 & 2 years are pass & it’s the era of new generation movies where the long lost ones find each other using SMS contests, ‘FREE’ talk time offers etc!

That’s what I found out one fine morning, 19-04-14 to be exact! And, who can fathom the great joy of a brother (Me!) finding out a long lost brother & getting another long lost brother FOR FREE! It also dawned on me that the ‘FREE’ offers we, the poor brother Indians, have been bombarded with, all across the width & breadth of the country, is nothing but ‘the Great Helping Hand Technique’ offered by our dear long lost ‘BIG’ brothers to find our long lost ‘BIG’ brothers!

When I landed ‘back’ in Bangalore on 19-04-14 & when I switched my mobile back to life I got a message from my service provider! I give it here EXACTLY as I got it!

As I remembered Buddha & his teachings, I reduced my emotions & started to think about the ‘Brotherly Message’! Then, when I searched further in my message box, to my surprise, I found another message in my mobile phone which shattered My Concept Of Brotherly Love; I give that heart shattering message ‘too’ here, with a BrOkeN hEaRt:

I realized, I NEVER sent a subscription message or asked to activate this ‘GREAT & WONDERFUL’ service! And, I also remembered I had fought against this sort of ‘CHEATING’ earlier, as well, and posted some of them in ‘Complaint Box India’ (Group - Orkut) & ‘Indian Complaint Box’ (www.indiancomplaint box.blogspot.com), a couple of years back! I painfully understood that These ‘TRICKSTER BROTHERS’ Have Been Continuing With Their Large Number Of ‘CHEATING TRICKS’, all these years, ‘unabated’!

And, I remembered it is the same brother who ‘monthly’ sends me WARNING MESSAGES, without fail; I provide here one of the THREATNING’ MESSAGES I get every month from My Ambani Brother:

Here, the BIG Brother ‘THREATENS’ to collect Rs 100 or 2.5% (Whichever is HIGHER!!) ‘if’ I fail to pay by the pay by date! Is TRAI Mama aware of this ‘30% penalty’ (Or ‘SHOULD’ we call it ‘LOOT’?!) imposed on the small & smaller brothers when billions worth assets of Indians and small &smaller Indian brothers are compromised (Read LOOTED!) for the sake of BIGGER BROTHERS, all across India, all these decades of FREEDOM?!

And, it is interesting to know that for the last 6 years or so I have been paying WHATEVER my dear Ambani Brother has been asking DESPITE I GETTING 00.001kpbs more often than NOT for a connection I took, FOOLED BY the offer & marketing (Read ‘CHEATING’!) technique which trumpeted UPTO 114kpbs!!! One SHOULD try to understand the patience levels I have @ present due to the AMBANI ‘UPTO’ PATIENCE TRAINING METHOD (AUPTM!) which got introduced into my life by this 00.001kpbs Wonderful Device (Data Card!), though I regularly, NON STOP, call My Ambani Brother Names!!

By collecting rupees 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 100s etc, ‘slyly’ ,these BIG Brothers, all over India, all over these decades of Mobile Revolution, under the All Seeing ‘Sleeping’ Eyes of TRAI Mama, SHOULD HAVE AMASSED A GREAT FORTUNE, without anybody other than TRAI Mama noticing! (Millions SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOTED in this way, ‘MONTHLY’, i.e. Rs 30 or 50 or 100 or 200 x millions of customers, in the names of ‘UNSUBSCRIBED’ Caller Tune Installation, Missed Call Alert, Miscalculation, Plan Modification, Simply Charging For Nothing or Simple Adding & millions of other Innovative Cheating Methods or ICMsWE SHOULD CALL IT THE ‘GREAT INDIAN MOBILE ROBBERY’!) 
Definitely, the ‘Who Is Who’ of the TRAI Mama Circle (TRAI-MC!) SHOULD HAVE GOT THEIR POUND OF ‘FIP Flesh’ that they keep their eternal quietness intact! After all, it’s Independent India where theSpecial Every One’ has the Constitutional Right to be eternally silent though they are paid  (We, the ignorant common people, call it ‘Government Salaries’!) by the taxes paid by the FIP (Free & Independent People – Since 1947, August 15!) of India to Raise Their Voice against injustice happening in their fields of action! 

Another piece of great & wonderful piece of information that emerged out of all these ‘Long Lost Brother Finding Programs’ is that ‘Looting Is NOT Looting When A Brother Loots Another’, after all we, all Indians, are brothers! It’s all about one brother looting the other….And, of course, the BIGGER ones can loot the smaller ones, as are the rules in the Family Book Of Looting The Brothers! It is clearly stated in the Statutory Rule Book Of Brother Looting –which is always with the ‘Always Sleeping’ TRAI Mama- that the Powerful brothers can SHAMELESSLY LOOT the less powerful ones as ‘it’s ONLY the Fittest Looter (Brother) survives!’

And, TRAI Mama is always JUST! Though HE sleeps all the time IN FAVOUR OF THE BIG BROTHERS’ LOOTING, He is as JUST as the God Yamadharma!  After all He sleeps according to the Rule Book of Brother Looting where it’s been clearly writen in ‘undecipherable’ words that Big Brother has the right to loot the small or smaller brothers 24/7, and, that’s ‘a’ truth, which is self evident in FIP’s India!

When we see all these LOOT happening, in front of the ‘Sleeping Beauty’ Our Dear ‘TRAI’ Uncle (Or We, Indians, call Mamasree!), who is ‘supposed to control’ all these ‘Brotherly Looting’, I think, it is NOT stupid to assume that the ‘Sleeping Beauty TRAI Mama’ is the reincarnation of ‘Sakuni Mama’ of Mahabharat fame or He is the Modern Day ‘Sakuni Mama’, favoring the Kaurav Brothers, ALWAYS! Who doesn’t know that the Sleeping Mamas ALWAYS favoured the Kaurav Brothers?!

BUT, it is a great thought that day in & day out the 1 billion+ great people of India, in their thousands, would be finding out Their Long Lost Ambani Brothers, non stop! And, it’s another wonderful thought that some of them would ‘EVEN’ be finding out their ‘Own’ Long Lost Mittal (Of Airtel Bharati!) Brothers, Birla Brothers & Other Brothers, as well! What IS the difference but in the names, as all Indians, at the least, by now, must have come to know that all Indians are BROTHERS (& NOT Bothers!)  & clearly understood what they had learned in their ‘ill furnished class rooms from their ‘well qualified ignorant teachers that “All Indians Are My Sisters & Brothers” IS true! But, one can’t be that sure if there, in the 1+ billion brothers available for an average Indian, some are ‘MORE’ BROTHER THAN THE OTHER or NOT?!


Anyway, it’s a SOOTHING & WONDERFUL THOUGHT that , in this country of a billion FIP –where more than 30% the So Called ‘Free & Independent’ People (That would be between 30 & 40 crores of ‘Free & Independent’ People or FIP!) are BELOW THE POVERTY LINE –Despite adding Ocean Full of water to the Real Poverty Line Reports/Records (RPLRs!)!- thousands of people ‘WAKE UP EVERY DAY’ to find out a LONG LOST Ambani or Mittal or Ruia or Birla Big Brother (‘Bhaiyya’-we, FIP, call in Our Rashtra Bhasha Hindi!), under the ‘EVER SLEEPING’ Watchful Eyes of TRAI Mama &TRAI-MC! O What An Idea, Ambaniji……Mittalji….Birlaji….Our (FIP’s!) ‘Other’ Big Brotherjis….TRAI Mamaji…. TRAI Mama Circleji…..OF LOOTING ji?!

It is perfect injustice that some mobile companies in Kerala especially AIRCEL,AIRTEL and

IDEA, take additional charge for the "call to customer service " and for the "caller tunes "

they provide without our consent. We will lose Rs 30 at least for setting this caller tune,

and is without our knowledge.

15-06-10 - went to an Airtel outlet near to my house and made the compaint over the airtel phone there- time spent there from 7.45 - 8.05pm!
I also got a message stating about my complaint, again!
Over the phone the executive told me that my request made on 09-06-10 is on & assured me that I should get a call within 24 hours, which never happened till now "12.24pm, 25-07-10!" I, TILL NOW, HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND!
He also told me that I should not go again to any of the Airtel centres, carrying this complaint!

I made a call from my Reliance landline, from 9.30pm-9.42pm yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday), to Reliance (*333) to give the intimation that My Land Line is installed with a caller tune, without my consent & knowledge, which I came to know only yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday).

The executive said that it was activated from my side on 16-07-10, Friday & he had proof for that! He asked me if I wished to de-activate the caller tune to which I told that as I had not activated it I was not going to give a request for de-activation & I had made the call ONLY to intimate that "A CALLER TUNE IS ACTIVATED ON MY LANDLINE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE & I AM GOING TO SUE RELIANCE IF I AM CHARGED FOR WHAT I HAVE NOT DONE!"

The fact is that from 15th evening (I boarded the bus to Kerala on 15th Thursday, just after 10.45pm with my wife, from (near) the Madiwala Police Station, Bangalore!) to yesterday morning (24-07-10, Saturday) 8.15, I was not in my house! I returned
from Kerala only yesterday morning & the landline was switched on only after 8.15 yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday) morning! Then, how come I make a request for a caller tune from my Bangalore Reliance land line number, when I was not physically present there in Bangalore?!

Complaints Against Reliance!

Complaints against each & every service provider is a non issue these days as most of the complaints remain complaints till the last day of the person who gave a complaint or made a hue & cry over it comes in the shape of another nerve shattering SERVICE DRAMA!

The service provider against whom the complaint (Or A Million Same Sort Of Complaints Are Made!) is made will sit as if deeply involved in some serious thoughts to rectify the problem at hand & in the very next moment repeat it, with impunity.....a million times...in a million never thought of varieties!

Complaints Against Reliance!?!?
A hell lot of complaints are heaped upon the Indian Multinational Reliance from almost all the sections/quarters of the society.....!

Their semi educated and stupidly trained customer care cells more often than not provide customers with 'The Stupidest of the Answers' and get away unnoticed and unpunished......!

Reliance customers, most of the times 'Take everything lying down', paying from their pockets....!

They are in a variety of industries....And they consider their customers as something of a stupid and helpless entity that they can deal with the customers in which ever way they choose to treat these hapless creatures....!

Its high time people/customers air their grievances loud and clear....!

That’s real about Reliance...
Reliance ,though it claims the best network in India...we will be forced to pay through our noses, if we wish to get their services. With tantalizing offers they attract us...But the Quality they provide for it is Worst.......
If we keep ourselves mum they wont give u value for money....Some come and react.....

Rendering Pathetic Customer Service????
The Customer Service Cell of Reliance Communications doesnt know
even the basics of customer service and they think its the duty
of the customer to 'BEG' for redressel and be satisfied with
the "STUPIDEST OF ANSWERS & RESPONSES" these stupid fellows
provide!

What a disaster! They are drastically deficient in quality of service, etiquette,
knowledge of what they do, basic human civilities and a lot more things
which should be there in customer service.....!

Caller Tunes By Error....& You Have To Pay!
A person who used to call me asked Why I have put a caller tune to my mobile,
as whenever he rings me up he is disturbed by my choice! I told him I hadn’t subscribed to a caller tune. I called to my mobile from another phone and there it was, a Kannada Song as a caller tune! That song was miles away from the image I have about myself and other people have about me! It sounded like something out of place and out of context! A sort of pure jarring music & out dated style!

I called the customer officer over the phone and made my complaint! After "verifying my identity" taking a couple of minutes and "verifying the facts" for another couple of minutes, the customer care officer told me that "it was done in error" and I got to pay 45 rupees in the next bill which will be reimbursed in the bill that comes after the next!

I thought how come I pay 45 rupees for "the error done by mistake by the company"!
But I was relieved to hear that the amount will be "kindly reimbursed, a month later!"

I thanked the person who informed me about this 'Dirty Caller Tune Trick', as "no one can hear a caller tune installed in one's own mobile, because nobody calls/rings up one's own mobile from the same mobile!" And, there are not many people who will tell you that there is a caller tune installed in your mobile phone and its just bullsh** filling your phones with such sub standard caller tunes or caller tunes, at all!

And, I think, hundreds of people will be paying for caller tunes installed in their mobiles, without their consent or in other words "Done in Error or By Mistake", all over India! Because, my mobile company "Holds The World In Its Hold or Karliya Duniya Muttimein!"; I mean, the company which has done it to me is Reliance Communications or Reliance Mobile!

Reliance- NOT RELIABLE
The services provided by Reliance communications are not upto the mark!!

The CDMA sets of Reliance as they say, provide "seamless" network...but they are

NOT. If you travel a long distance and continuously taking over the reliance CDMA

set, each time when you change over from one tower to another ...the call is lost and

you will get a message "call could not be completed". You have to call again to get the

person online or vice versa. Same thing is there in the case of the value added services

like Caller tunes, Talking tunes etc. We won't know most probably whether a caller

tune or a talking tune is set in our instrument. And definitely in the next bill u will get

atleast an additional amount of Rs 45 to pay.

This is Reliance......and their service...

I Have A Complaint.....(Education)???
The complaint I have is about the lack of quality of Our Teachers, Curriculum, Education Methods and everything related to Education & Teaching!

Though Kerala is a "So-Called" 100% literacy state it is backward as far as job creation & quality personnel supply to the industry are concerned....!

In my opinion, all this is due to the poor quality education system we have been provided with all these decades & the poor quality of our teachers/ teachers' thought!

This problem/complaint needs urgent attention, as this is one of the gravest concerns of a "Should Be Developed State"!!!

Well actually, the oil prices in Malaysia are low because of tax exemptions and susidies that the govt provide to the producers/retailers to allow the poorer group of people maximum benefit.
