A day after a call centre employee was stabbed to death in Bangalore, the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) Thursday called for tighter security of BPO staff members.

The security of the personnel working in the $30 billion IT and ITES industries is of paramount importance for maintaining not only the confidence of the employees, many of whom work for night shifts, but also the investors," said ASSOCHAM president Anil Agarwal in separate letters to chief ministers of Karnataka, Delhi and Haryana.

The request was made to these three states as they host the maximum number of BPOs and IT firms.

All these things are the exact copy of the things which happened earlier as well, a couple of times!! All this verbal war will be waged to their stupid end without any concrete measure being taken to prevent any sort of repetition of such incidents!

Even the BPO employees consider these sorts of gruesome happenings as something happening in Antarctica without knowing it may be THEIR LUCK TO FILL IN THE NEXT SLOT!

I think candidates don’t bother about such sort of cheating. They are looking for job. So they will just go and attend the interview. They are not worried about the time, money & effort they waste on such interviews. In some companies, HR himself takes operational round. And they reject people giving some stupid reasons. He himself makes a hell lot of grammatical errors & has influence of his mother tongue.

No one cares!!! These stupid candidates don’t want to analyse why these things happen. After getting the feedback, they return home happily, without any complaints!!! The next day they go to any other consultancy or company for interview.. This procedure repeats!!! I don’t know why the people don’t react when HRs of the company gives stupid feedback?????????? Why don’t candidates understand that HRs of the company/ consultancies are just bullshitting candidates?????

I think its high time to react!!!!!

What do you guys think??? Are you satisfied with the treatment you are getting???

Wake Up!!!!! Respond to these types of cheating/fooling!!!!!!

Quality Companies Seldom Visit Kerala Colleges???

The companies, if they have anything to do with quality, often find it VERY DIFFICULT
to find quality people from the colleges of Kerala as the students are VERY POOR as
far as quality is concerned.....Even the standard of the teachers is VERY LOW &
stupidly bordering lack of knowledge in the field of education & job....Students have
no choice but to play politics & spoil their lives.....!

Does anyone in Kerala know what quality means? The attitude of the people just reflects the progress of the state. Tell me how many industries, how many standard colleges that compete with national standards, how high is the standard of living in God's own country???

People haven't seen the horizon beyond that state. They are literate but is that real literacy?

If they don't want to change, who bothers to change them?
