Complaint against AIRCEL

It is perfect injustice that some mobile companies in Kerala especially AIRCEL,AIRTEL and

IDEA, take additional charge for the "call to customer service " and for the "caller tunes "

they provide without our consent. We will lose Rs 30 at least for setting this caller tune,

and is without our knowledge.

At 8.10pm called customer executive Shalini over my Airtel mobile; she told Airtel will contact within 11/06/10; 50ps reduced for 3 minutes complaint registration!!!

15-06-10 - went to an Airtel outlet near to my house and made the compaint over the airtel phone there- time spent there from 7.45 - 8.05pm!
I also got a message stating about my complaint, again!
Over the phone the executive told me that my request made on 09-06-10 is on & assured me that I should get a call within 24 hours, which never happened till now "12.24pm, 25-07-10!" I, TILL NOW, HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND!
He also told me that I should not go again to any of the Airtel centres, carrying this complaint!

I made a call from my Reliance landline, from 9.30pm-9.42pm yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday), to Reliance (*333) to give the intimation that My Land Line is installed with a caller tune, without my consent & knowledge, which I came to know only yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday).

The executive said that it was activated from my side on 16-07-10, Friday & he had proof for that! He asked me if I wished to de-activate the caller tune to which I told that as I had not activated it I was not going to give a request for de-activation & I had made the call ONLY to intimate that "A CALLER TUNE IS ACTIVATED ON MY LANDLINE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE & I AM GOING TO SUE RELIANCE IF I AM CHARGED FOR WHAT I HAVE NOT DONE!"

The fact is that from 15th evening (I boarded the bus to Kerala on 15th Thursday, just after 10.45pm with my wife, from (near) the Madiwala Police Station, Bangalore!) to yesterday morning (24-07-10, Saturday) 8.15, I was not in my house! I returned
from Kerala only yesterday morning & the landline was switched on only after 8.15 yesterday (24-07-10, Saturday) morning! Then, how come I make a request for a caller tune from my Bangalore Reliance land line number, when I was not physically present there in Bangalore?!

Complaints Against Reliance!

Complaints against each & every service provider is a non issue these days as most of the complaints remain complaints till the last day of the person who gave a complaint or made a hue & cry over it comes in the shape of another nerve shattering SERVICE DRAMA!

The service provider against whom the complaint (Or A Million Same Sort Of Complaints Are Made!) is made will sit as if deeply involved in some serious thoughts to rectify the problem at hand & in the very next moment repeat it, with impunity.....a million times...in a million never thought of varieties!

Complaints Against Reliance!?!?
A hell lot of complaints are heaped upon the Indian Multinational Reliance from almost all the sections/quarters of the society.....!

Their semi educated and stupidly trained customer care cells more often than not provide customers with 'The Stupidest of the Answers' and get away unnoticed and unpunished......!

Reliance customers, most of the times 'Take everything lying down', paying from their pockets....!

They are in a variety of industries....And they consider their customers as something of a stupid and helpless entity that they can deal with the customers in which ever way they choose to treat these hapless creatures....!

Its high time people/customers air their grievances loud and clear....!

That’s real about Reliance...
Reliance ,though it claims the best network in India...we will be forced to pay through our noses, if we wish to get their services. With tantalizing offers they attract us...But the Quality they provide for it is Worst.......
If we keep ourselves mum they wont give u value for money....Some come and react.....

Rendering Pathetic Customer Service????
The Customer Service Cell of Reliance Communications doesnt know
even the basics of customer service and they think its the duty
of the customer to 'BEG' for redressel and be satisfied with
the "STUPIDEST OF ANSWERS & RESPONSES" these stupid fellows
provide!

What a disaster! They are drastically deficient in quality of service, etiquette,
knowledge of what they do, basic human civilities and a lot more things
which should be there in customer service.....!

Caller Tunes By Error....& You Have To Pay!
A person who used to call me asked Why I have put a caller tune to my mobile,
as whenever he rings me up he is disturbed by my choice! I told him I hadn’t subscribed to a caller tune. I called to my mobile from another phone and there it was, a Kannada Song as a caller tune! That song was miles away from the image I have about myself and other people have about me! It sounded like something out of place and out of context! A sort of pure jarring music & out dated style!

I called the customer officer over the phone and made my complaint! After "verifying my identity" taking a couple of minutes and "verifying the facts" for another couple of minutes, the customer care officer told me that "it was done in error" and I got to pay 45 rupees in the next bill which will be reimbursed in the bill that comes after the next!

I thought how come I pay 45 rupees for "the error done by mistake by the company"!
But I was relieved to hear that the amount will be "kindly reimbursed, a month later!"

I thanked the person who informed me about this 'Dirty Caller Tune Trick', as "no one can hear a caller tune installed in one's own mobile, because nobody calls/rings up one's own mobile from the same mobile!" And, there are not many people who will tell you that there is a caller tune installed in your mobile phone and its just bullsh** filling your phones with such sub standard caller tunes or caller tunes, at all!

And, I think, hundreds of people will be paying for caller tunes installed in their mobiles, without their consent or in other words "Done in Error or By Mistake", all over India! Because, my mobile company "Holds The World In Its Hold or Karliya Duniya Muttimein!"; I mean, the company which has done it to me is Reliance Communications or Reliance Mobile!

Reliance- NOT RELIABLE
The services provided by Reliance communications are not upto the mark!!

The CDMA sets of Reliance as they say, provide "seamless" network...but they are

NOT. If you travel a long distance and continuously taking over the reliance CDMA

set, each time when you change over from one tower to another ...the call is lost and

you will get a message "call could not be completed". You have to call again to get the

person online or vice versa. Same thing is there in the case of the value added services

like Caller tunes, Talking tunes etc. We won't know most probably whether a caller

tune or a talking tune is set in our instrument. And definitely in the next bill u will get

atleast an additional amount of Rs 45 to pay.

This is Reliance......and their service...

Bank Demons Of India!

“This article tries to be a clarion call that all those people who deal with ‘OUR ALL- CONSUMING -BANKS’ think at the least a couple of times, taking more than enough time, before they go to have a financial interaction with any bank!

It is very important that one must think & analyse from a variety of angles before having any financial interaction with any bank as the image they have been projecting all over the years seldom gives the common man any idea of the banking industry that he has been living with the false assumption that everything is fine with the banks & the transactions one has with them!

Bank Demons Of India!
Even 2 months after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) reduced the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR), the banks are maintaining the high interest rates they have been charging for around 2 years now! It is pathetic to know that the authorities and the government have turned a blind eye towards this, one should say, criminal act! All these banks -including the nationalised banks- had hugely increased the interest rates on the Already Loan Taken Customers, citing a million reasons, a couple of years back! All those poor guys, who took the loans at around 7% woke up one fine morning learning that they are paying around 11% or more on the loans taken at the FIXED INTEREST RATE of around 7%!

Proud to Pawn 'Draupaties'- Unicorns International

The government of India has always stood for 'the pawning of Draupathies' by which
the Yudhishtiras can get a hard kick in the stomach from those who accept this pledge!
This is how the governments have been running the financial things all these years!This is how the banks and financial institutions and money lenders were "forced" to lend by the finance ministry all these decades since our Independence!

The respective governments and finance ministers all these years have not done anything to stop this as all the financial institutions, including banks, have been asking those who are in need of money, to put their mothers, sisters or wives as guarantees or guarantors for the amount they take as loans from these financial institutions,most of the times at exorbitant interest rates! And millions of people have already pledged or pawned "their Draupathies" and millions are waiting to have their turn!

It is great that all the governments we had since our liberation from the foreign rule in 1947, have taken a great leaf out of the great book Mahabaratha, that everyone in India can have their own "Mahabaratha Yudh" as and when they pawn "their Draupathies" and lose badly, as the present day "Yudhishtiras" can never afford any other one of the Pandavas or a Krishna to fight in "the great battle of Kurukshetra" they fight in their lives!

One of the great advantages the modern day Yudhishtiras have is that they get plenty of opportunities to 'Pawn Their Draupathies" as the original Yudhistira had only one chance to pawn 'His Draupathi"! Let us thank the governments which made it possible for the modern day Indians/Yudhishtiras to pawn "their Draupathies" a million times! The governments should be saluted as the financial systems of the developed world, which we assiduously follow, don’t have this sort of a great opportunity infused into it for the people who take loans from their financial institutions; and they pay low interest rates too! But, don’t ever think about an Indian "pawning his Draupathy" at lesser interest rates! It's a shame to him to "pawn his Draupathy" at lesser interest rates, as for him, "Bharat Nari" is to be considered goddess, according to 'Our Great Indian Tradition'!

And, hence, in thousands of places these goddesses are giving their thumb impressions and signatures on the stamp papers to get themselves "pawned" and thousands of these goddesses are waiting in wings to grab this great opportunity of turning themselves into "Draupathies" that they can serve "their Yudhishtiras"!
